Payments and Suspension/Cancellation of Services.
On recieving all invoices, payments must be paid within 14 days for domestic work and 28 days for commercial/contract work. If no payment is received after this period, all services will be suspended until all outstanding payments are paid in full.
If you wish to cancel or suspend our services, please provide us with sufficient notice prior to the commencent of any work being carried out.
We have the right to cancel any service if weather conditions such as heavy rain, lightning or high winds deem any work unsafe for our operators.
In the unlikely event of a complaint arising, we will endeavour to put things right immediately or in a given time frame.
